This is a legal document and should be read in conjunction with the Yardparty terms and conditions, of which this privacy policy forms part. This document is applicable to all actions undertaken on this website, www.yardparty.com.au, and for bookings made directly with ECO Imports P/L. Yardparty operators each have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions. These can be found on the booking forms.
Changes to this document may occur as a result of changing international data protection laws, and these changes will be updated and accessible through the Yardgames.com.au website. Yardparty is a trading name of ECO Imports P/L, ABN 59 111 432 001 incorporated in NSW and a trademark of ECO Imports.
1) Any information you provide will remain available to you to change, delete or amend in any manner.
2) None of your personal or business data will be supplied to any third party for commercial purposes or for any non commercial purposes other than outlined in this document.
3) ECO Imports P/L reserves the right to allow third parties to advertise on Yardparty.com.au through, for example, banner advertisements.
4) Customer and supplier information is held on and processed by computers owned by ECO Imports P/L and our hosting companies, Planetdomain.com.au and Digital Pacific Pty Ltd.
6) Information retained by Yardparty may be transferred to another company should the ownership of Yardparty be transferred.
7) Information may be shared between businesses within ECO Imports P/L and our licensed Yardparty operators, within the restrictions outlined in the terms and conditions and this privacy statement.
8) Yardparty uses all reasonable methods to protect customers data and access to this data is controlled internally.
9) Yardparty may disclose any information in order to comply with any legislation.
10) ECO Imports P/L does not sell any information to any telemarketing, direct marketing or commercial mass e-mail companies, agents or representatives.
